3. personal creditworthiness - soft inquiry (680 to 700 score)
4. Established Tradelines, accounts on personal credit report
5. Indemnity from all owners agreement
6. Real Estate ownership, for underwriting purposes
7. Can have a Co-Signor
8. Bond is filed electronically
9. Surety companies have 30 days to resolve claims
