Yes, the Exodus Logistics Learning Center (ELLC) offers mentorship programs as part of its comprehensive training services. These programs are designed to provide personalized guidance and support to individuals pursuing careers in freight dispatching, trucking and brokerage.
Mentorship Programs Offered by ELLC

Freight Broker Mentorship: This program focuses on equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to become successful freight brokers.

Dispatcher Mentorship: Tailored for those interested in dispatching, this mentorship provides insights into the dispatching process, load management, and carrier relations.

Trucking Mentorship: Focused on the trucking aspect of logistics, this mentorship provides knowledge on fleet management, regulations, and the trucking industry's operational aspects.
Mentor training programs will be held via Zoom every 1st and 3rd weeks of each month.
Mondays are Dispatcher Mentorship from 6 - 8 pm EST.
Thursdays are Freight Broker Mentorship from 6 - 8 pm EST. Saturdays are Trucking Mentorship from 6 - 8 pm EST.
Continued access will be granted as long as monthly subscriptions are maintained.

1-on-1 Consultations: ELLC provides private consultations via phone or Zoom, offering personalized advice and solutions tailored to individual needs.

eBooks and Self-Paced Learning: For those who prefer self-guided learning, ELLC offers eBooks and self-paced courses that can be complemented with one-on-one coaching.

Referral Program: ELLC has a referral program that compensates individuals who refer new students to their training programs.
